APPOINTMENT POLICY:

Appointments are highly recommended as availability is reserved on a first-come/first-serve basis.

Walk-ins are always welcome, and will be accommidated whenever possible AFTER reserved appointments are satisfied, (But bear in mind we only have 1 tattoo artist at this time).

We schedule appointments based on our availability and the service requested.

If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accomidate you.

Arriving late will most likely limit the time alloted for your services for your scheduled time. As a courtesy to all of our clients, our services are completed as scheduled.

If you are more then 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be considered a "No-show". Your appointment time is important and is reserved especially for you.

 

Tattoo appointments require a non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. If making an appointment, we require at least $40 (minimum) to hold the reservation. If you do not show up for your appointment, you will loose the $40. If you make it to your scheduled appointment then the deposit you left will go towards the final price of the tattoo. 

 

We understand that sometimes scheduling conflicts occur or somtimes things come up... if you know you are not going to be able to make it to your appointment please try to give us a 24 hour notice, so we can re-schedule appropriately. Also, if for some reason you feel you may be late, or cannot make it last minute, please just let us know, so we can plan respectfuly. 

 

We have the right to refuse service to anyone.

 

We also do not perform the following:

Tattoo removal, branding, scarification, or splitting.

 

 

PROOF OF AGE:

We CANNOT tattoo anyone under the age of 18 in Orange, sorry for the inconvenience. Anyone coming in for a tattoo must have a valid photo I.D. that proves you are at least 18 years or older.

 

Anyone under the age of 18 looking to get pierced, must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who is able to provide valid photo I.D. and sign for you.

 

The town is very strict about these rules, so we must comply.

 

CASH ONLY:
We are a cash only business, so please plan accordingly.  

 

GRATUITY:

Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. If you are happy with your service then it is customary to give a 15-20% gratuity to your artist, but is not required. 
 

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES:

We have gift certificates available for purchase in the shop, for any denomination you prefer ($40 minimum). 

Perfect for holiday gifts, Birthdays, thank-you's, anniversaries, ect. These are non-refundable, and non-transferable.
